Design Guidelines
Send print-ready artwork at the finished size plus 1/8" (3 mm) bleed on every side, in CMYK at 300 dpi, with fonts outlined or embedded. PDF is preferred. Keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim line.
Not sure your file is ready? Upload it anyway: we check every file before printing and send a proof for your approval. See our design guide for details, or tick "I need help with the design" in the form.
What material are the brochures printed on?
They’re printed on durable 100lb matte text stock, which provides a premium, non-reflective texture that feels smooth and professional to the touch.
Can I customize the brochure fold to fit my content layout?
Yes. Choose from multiple folding options such as tri-fold, z-fold, half-fold, gate-fold, and others to best present your products, services, or brand story.
Do matte brochures work well for text-heavy designs?
Absolutely. The non-gloss finish eliminates glare, improving readability and ensuring that your written content and graphics remain clear and elegant.
Are these brochures suitable for large print runs?
Yes. Our wholesale matte brochure printing ensures consistent colour quality and precise folds, even across high-volume orders—ideal for corporate distribution or marketing campaigns.
Can I order a folding sample before finalizing my design?
Yes. Folding samples are available upon request so you can confirm how your layout aligns with the chosen fold type before printing in bulk.
Are Matte Finish Brochures good for personal projects?
Yes. They’re perfect for event programs, travel guides, product catalogs, or creative portfolios where readability and a subtle aesthetic matter.
Can I print on both sides of the brochure?
Yes. We offer full-colour CMYK printing on one or both sides, so your designs, photos, and text maintain vivid, balanced quality throughout.
Do the brochures resist fingerprints or smudges?
Yes. The matte coating naturally resists glare, fingerprints, and smudges, keeping your brochures clean and professional-looking even with frequent handling.
Can I choose how the brochure folds?
Of course. We offer a variety of folding styles such as tri-fold, z-fold, and gate-fold to match your content’s flow and visual presentation.
